- 负责需求调研与分析,商业模式分析、竞品研究,制定产品设计方案,并推动项目管理及执行。
- 负责从 0-1 搭建项目商业模式,确立产品理念,制定交互设计策略,并统筹硬件+软件全流程设计。
- 工作内容:
- 完成产品全流程设计:包括:草图绘制,Rhino建模,Keyshot渲染配色,激光切割制作1:1模型,材料分析,App 原型设计。
- 使用设计思维与动物为中心理论,将“用户”拆解为雨燕的生存需求与人对雨燕的情感连接,从双向视角优化产品方案。
- 采用定量与定性研究方法(问卷调查+街头采访+专家访谈),结合文献调研与田野调查,深入分析雨燕的生态需求,并进行可用性测试及产品迭代。
- 成果:该项目横跨植物学、动物学、设计学、商业学、社会学、心理学多个学科,获得中国观鸟协会的认可与好评。

- Project Description:
- Responsible for requirement research and analysis, business model analysis, competitive research, formulating product design solutions, and driving project management and execution.
- Responsible for building the project business model from 0-1, establishing the product concept, formulating the interaction design strategy, and coordinating the whole process of hardware + software design.
- Job Description:
- Complete the full process of product design: including: sketching, Rhino modelling, Keyshot rendering for colour matching, laser cutting for 1:1 models, material analysis, app prototyping.
- Using design thinking and animal-centred theories, we disassembled the ‘user’ into the survival needs of the swiftlet and the emotional connection between people and the swiftlet, and optimised the product solution from a two-way perspective.
- Using quantitative and qualitative research methods (questionnaire survey + street interviews + expert interviews), combined with literature research and fieldwork, the project analysed the ecological needs of the swiftlet, and conducted usability testing and product iteration.
- Results: The project spanned multiple disciplines, including botany, zoology, design, business, sociology, and psychology, and was recognised and praised by the China Birdwatching Association.
